Our Office Financial Policy

Non-insured patients are expected to pay in full with cash, check or credit card the day service is rendered unless special arrangements are made in advance.

For those patients who are covered by insurance, we will accept assignment of benefits.  This means that you must sign the portion of you insurance form that “assigns” payment to our office.  Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of treatment.  Because of this and the extreme delay in receiving payment from the insurance company, you will be asked to pay your deductible and your portion of your charges the day services are rendered.  We will estimate as closely as possible your coverage, but until we actually receive payment from the insurance company, it is just an estimate.  We will assist you in dealing with your insurance company, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you.  After 90 days, the balance will be due from you.

We kindly as that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice when rescheduling an appointment.  We reserve the right to charge a broken appointment fee of $25 per hour reserved.  Please ask our Financial Secretary if you need alternate financial arrangement in advance.  We will be happy to assist you any way possible.
